Laurence R. (Skip) Eaton
Skip is a lifelong, native Needham resident. He graduated from Needham High School in 1970, graduated from Leicester College in 1972, and received his funeral director's license in 1973 from the New England Institute of Applied Arts & Sciences in Boston. He is a sixth generation licensed funeral director and embalmer who joined the family business at 17 years old with his brother David, his father and uncles. He is President and owner of the Eaton Funeral Home in Needham and the Eaton Mackay Funeral Home in Newton. He is a member of St. Joseph's Parish in Needham, a life member of the Village Club as well as a member of the Norfolk Lodge and Dalhousie Lodge, and the Needham Golf Club. He resides in Needham with his wife Mary and is the proud father of 5 children and 6 grandchildren.
Kevin J. Greene
Kevin, a life long Newton resident, started as an apprentice at Eaton Funeral Home in 1983. He graduated from Newton Catholic High School in 1979 and New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in 1986. He passed his National Board exam and was sworn in by Gov. Michael Dukakis, as a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in October 1986. He resides in Newton with his wife Pam and their children, Daniel and Abigail.
Kathleen has worked at Eaton Funeral Home since 1992. She lived in Needham for the first half of her life, graduating from Needham High School after attending St. Joseph's, Taylor's Hill in Galway, Ireland, and Montrose School. After attending Emmanuel College in Boston, she graduated from New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. After apprenticing at JS Waterman and Sons Funeral Homes, she passed the National Board exam and became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1992. Kathleen and her husband Steve live in Dedham with their eight sons.

Bob has worked for the Eaton Funeral Home since 1999. A lifelong resident of Needham, Bob is a graduate of St. Joseph School in Needham, Catholic Memorial High School, Class of 1982 and The University of Massachusetts at Boston, Class of 1987. Active in the Needham Community, Bob is a member of St. Joseph Parish, the Fr. Daniel Kennedy-Needham Knights of Columbus, the Fr. Michael J. McGivney 4th Degree Assembly Knights of Columbus, the Substance Prevention Alliance of Needham (SPAN) and the Society in Dedham for the Apprehending of Horse Thieves. He was honored in 2013 as the recipient of the Patrick C. Forde Good Person Memorial Award from the Needham Department of Youth Services and in 2017 as the recipient of the Richard Patton Melick Award for his civic contributions. Bob and his wife Beth (MacDonald) are the proud parents of Rob and Sarah.
Sheila has been with the Eaton Funeral Home since 2009. A graduate of Bentley College, she takes care of all the administrative and bookkeeping functions.
