Barbara F. (Gould) McCabe

Barbara F. McCabe passed away peacefully on September 26, 2019 at Laurentide Assisted Living Community in Mashpee, MA.
Born and raised in Needham, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Lillian Gould. Barbara met and married Robert McCabe and settled in Wellesley to raise their two sons. Barbara was known for her love of Christ Episcopal Church in Needham, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and all of her wonderful friends. Barbara was pre-deceased by her husband Robert in October 2006. After the passing of Robert, Barbara moved back to Needham to Webster Green. Barbara leaves behind her sons Robert McCabe, Jr. and his wife Kate, Scott McCabe and his wife Kelli, her grandchildren Meghann Guerriero and her husband Matt, Kaitlyn McCabe, Tony McCabe and  his wife Krystal, Christopher McCabe and his wife Brittany, Thomas McCabe, Justin McCabe and Dylan McCabe along with her great-grandchildren Nicolina Guerriero, Ryleigh McCabe and Quinn McCabe.
The family would like to thank the staff of Laurentide Assisted Living in Mashpee, MA and Hospice of Massachusetts. Visitation will be held in the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave, Needham, Monday, September 30th from 4-7pm, concluding with an Eastern Star Service by Wisteria Chapter at 7pm.. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st at 12 noon at Christ Episcopal Church, 1132 Highland Ave, Needham.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s name may be made to Christ Episcopal Church, 1132 Highland Ave., Needham MA 02494.
