Sister of Edward Pierko and his wife Bogumila Pierko, and Henryk Pierko and his wife Elzbieta Pierko.
She was known for her compassion for everyone that crossed her path. She was a dedicated employee at Toolmex Corporation for over 20 years. She never refused anyone a helpful hand and never complained or asked for help even when she needed it. She had a great passion for gardening and was featured in the Newton Tab over the years for her stunning garden creations in Newton. She was a mother to all and provided guidance to lost souls in need. Her life and caring actions made everyone's life better. Her loss is felt near and far.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday April 12th at 10 AM in the Catholic Church of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, 28 Commonwealth Avenue Chestnut Hill. Visiting hours will be in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. Newton Corner on Thursday from 4-8 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Go Fund Me campaign "Donations to charity in lieu of flowers for Bogda" for the purpose of funding the Michaels House charity helping families struggling with addiction. She was an active member and would have wanted us to support this cause.
