Patricia A. (Poutas) Lynch

Patricia (Poutas) Lynch of Newton Highlands, passed away on Nov 25, 2018. She was 76.

Pat was a lifelong Newton resident and graduated from Newton South High School in 1961. Pat worked for many years as a buyer for Kraemer Electronics. She was very active in her neighborhood serving as President of the Newton Upper Falls Womens Club, was a member of the Newton Lodge of Elks Emblem Club. She also enjoyed taking trips organized for seniors by the Newton Recreation Dept. playing pickle ball and chair yoga at the Newton Senior Center and going to Foxwoods.

She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas F. Lynch Jr., and is survived by her sister and brother in law Sally and Nick Pasquarosa and their children Nick Jr. and his wife Lisa, Daniel and his wife Barbara, and Anthony and his wife Julie, brother and sister in law John and Kathy Poutas and their children Stacy, John Jr. and his wife Samantha, Daniel and his wife Pouneh and Rob and his girlfriend Kristen. She was the great aunt of Benjamin, Vincent, Anthony, Jackson, Cyrus, Dana and Meredith and sister of the late Richard Poutas.  Pat is also survived by her sister in law Mary Lou Spellman and her late husband Frank and their daughter Eileen Terchiak and her husband Ed and their sons Edward and Scott, and their daughter Maryagnes Ralston and her husband Robert and her son Jake Pavao.

Her funeral will be from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Wed Nov 28 at 9:30 AM followed by her Mass of Christian Burial in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery Needham. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Tues 4-8 PM.
