William Chin Obituary

William Chin of Brighton formerly of Newton passed away on Oct 6, 2019. He was 93.

William was born in Boston, raised in China and had lived in Roxbury, Cambridge, Brookline and had been a resident of Newton for over 30 years before moving to Brighton.  He was a US Army veteran and the manager for over 20 years of the Bali Hai Restaurant in Lynnfield.

He is survived by his wife of Elsa Chin, his children David and his wife Karin, Steven and his wife Dora and Denise and her husband Glenn Eide and 4 grandchildren.

His funeral will be from the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St Newton Corner on Tues Oct 15 at 10 AM followed by interment in Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain. Visiting hours Mon 4-8PM.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Mr. Chin to St Judes Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
