Alan Emmet Flynn

Alan Emmet Flynn of Needham, 76, passed on Sunday July 7, 2024 in Medford, MA after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.  He was a graduate of Glen Rock High School class of 1965 in Glen Rock NJ, and Lafayette College class of 1969 in Easton, PA.  He also completed ROTC as a 2nd Lt. in Military Intelligence. A multi-sport athlete he actually still holds one high school track record. He had his own construction business in the Boston MA area, did some construction in Germany for a short period of time, and had a great love of landscaping and gardening.

Alan was predeceased by parents Harold and Jean Flynn and is survived by sister Carol Garofalo, brother Brian, nephews Jim and Michael Garofalo, David Flynn, and niece Jenny Seegers, and a good friend and neighbor Tony Socci.
