Andrew "Andy" Savignano

Andrew “Andy” Savignano, of Needham, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026, at his home. He was 69 years old.

Born in Needham on November 27, 1956, Andy was the son of the late Andrew Carl Savignano and Beatrice (Simarrian) Savignano. He was raised in Needham and attended Needham Public schools.

Cooking, listening to music, spending time in Martha’s Vineyard, and meeting new people were some of the activities he enjoyed.

He is survived by his brother Gary and sister-in-law Marianne of Waltham, his nephew Justin Savignano of Needham, and his niece Jenna Buckley of Lowell. He is further survived by many extended family members, cousins, and numerous friends who will miss him.

Andy will be remembered for his laughter, his adventurous spirit and his deep love for his family and friends. He will be deeply loved and forever missed.

Per his wishes, service and interment will be private.
