Ann was one of nine children born to the late Carmela (Rigoli) and Vincenzo Todero. Beloved wife of the late Arthur J. "Mike" Marchand. Also predeceased by her son, Arthur J. Marchand, Jr., her brothers: Charles, William, and Salvatore and her sisters: Josephine Uttaro, Diane Quinlan, and Estelle Pastena. Ann is survived by two sisters Connie James of Billerica and Irene Astone of North Falmouth and her sister-in-law, Gertrude LaRosee of Newton. Loving mother of Donna and her husband, Jim Gordon of Waban; Joan Marchand and her husband, Alan Mannarino, of Newton Centre and Carol and her husband, Patrick McKrill of West Newton, and her daughter-in-law, Cyndi Mackay Marchand. Also survived by her grandchildren: Sara and her husband, Nick Herrera; Adam Marchand and his wife, Krista; Elizabeth Macleod; Kate, Kerry and Carolyn Gordon; Matthew and Alana Mannarino; Johnathan and Stephanie McKrill as well as 6 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
After marrying the love of her life Mike Marchand, she moved from Waltham to Newton where she became a life-long resident. Her family was her greatest passion. She worked as a secretary in the Newton Public Schools for 12 years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 26 at 10:30 a.m. in Corpus Christi Church, 45 Ash Street, Auburndale, Interment in Newton Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday from 4-8 p.m. in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. NEWTON CORNER.
