Barbara May (Barrow) Morra

Barbara Barrow Morra, Age 69 of Sarasota, Florida died while under Hospice care. Loving mother of Staci Peltoma and husband Robert of Franklin, Lisa Relich and husband Rich of Needham, David Morra and wife Ronda of South Boston. Devoted grandmother of Ashley, Brendan, Amanda, Zach, and Michael. Beloved sister of Myrna Tiffany and husband Jack of Lowell, William Barrow and wife Michelle of Andover, and Linda Dennis and her late husband Richard of Dennis, and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was the daughter of the late Norman Barrow and Marguerite (Burns) Barrow. She was born in Waltham MA and graduated from Lowell High school in 1959. Barbara lived in Needham for many years. She was a devoted caretaker, raising three children, nannying for many Needham families, caring for family members and then ultimately earning a nursing degree from Mass Bay College. Before moving to Sarasota in 2009 she was a charge nurse at Wingate of Sudbury for several years. Visiting hours will be in the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave, Needham, on Wed. November 2nd from11:15 to 12:15 followed by a Memorial Service at the funeral home at 12:15. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
