Barbara Ronci Obituary

Barbara (Phinney) Ronci of Dedham, formerly of Wellesley died on Saturday April 2, 2011. Avid bridge player, Mrs. Ronci was a member of the Wellesley Veterans Bridge Club. A resident of Dedham for 12 years, She had previously lived in Wellesley for 20 years and also formerly lived in Scituate and on Squaw Island. Barabara was the beloved wife for 65 years of Bob, and the loving mother of Robert M. Ronci Jr. and his wife Elaine of Milton, NH, David R. Ronci and his wife Connie of Franklin, Kenneth C. Ronci of Bellingham and James M. Ronci of Vermont. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many children from Pleasant Island and Barndoor Island on Lake Winnipesaukee who called her mom. A Funeral Service will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Wednesday April 6th at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment services will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Wednesday at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials in Barbara’s name may be made to Special Olympics Inc., 1133 19th St. NW, Washington DC 20036 and to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham MA 01701.
