Blanche (Williams) Roach

Blanche Roach, (86), of Westborough, Ma, passed away on Feb 10, 2025.

Blanche was born in Needham Ma. to Mabel Williams (1988) and Bill Williams (1938) on October 15, 1938.  She went to school at Newton High school in Newton Ma.  She married Robert C. Roach on September 22, 1962, in Newton Ma. and were happily married until his death in 2018. She worked as an Executive Admin for Shipley Corporation for many years.

As a child Blanche spent many a summer on Prince Edward Island with her grandparents and cousins helping them farm, going to Basin head beach and watching the Tuna brought in for market. She had fond memories of spending winters in Palm Springs Ca with her good friends. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and family camping and traveling. Blanche’s family and extended family were the most important to her.

Blanche is preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Roach, daughter Paula Corbett (Roach), brother Douglas Williams, sister Marilyn Roe and Ariana Lee. 

Blanche is survived by Paul Corbett: Craig and Kate Roach, Michael and Lindi Roach, Kevin and Tammy Roach and Paul and Tracey Roach: Seven grandchildren: Erin, Christopher, Meaghan, Shannon, Kaitlyn, Spencer, Caroline and step-grandchildren: Casey, Shannon, Nichole, 4 great-Grandchildren and a host of beloved in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Thurs Feb 13 from 4-8 PM and her Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Fri Feb 14 at 11 AM followed by interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham
