Carol A. (Grimm) Bosselman

Carol A. Bosselman passed away after a few years of declining health January 6,2026 in Winter Park, Fl. 

Carol was born December 18, 1942, in Weymouth, Ma to Barbara and George Grimm. 

Carol moved to Needham, Ma and soon started making friends. Carol had many friends throughout her years growing up in Needham, lifelong friendships that remained to this day. 

Carol was also active in the Junior New Century Club, riding on the floats in the 4th of July Parades in Needham. 

Carol met her Husband of 66 years, Chester E. Bosselman, Jr, in high school, they Married April 1959 and were together until Chet’s passing in 2023. 

Carol was the Happy, spirited, fun, always smiling waitress at Bergson’s Ice Cream in Needham, where everyone always received a big hello as they came in. Every afternoon her children would come in after school with their friends and Carol would treat them to a “Fudge Cup”.  Carol’s children were her world, Carol would Dance, play bingo, and have parties for every holiday, always including her children and friends. 

In the early 1990’s Carol and Chet moved to Florida where they made their home in Oviedo, FL.

Carol’s health declined after her husband passed away in November of 2023.

Carol is survived by her 4 children, Gary R Bosselman (Kathy) of New Hampshire, Lee Driscoll (Brian) of Va, Kim Bosselman-Bedigan and Jill Bosselman-Renzi (Brion) both of Florida. Carol is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.

Her  2 sisters Marilyn (Grimm) Giagrando of Maine and Joanne ( Grimm) Weinstein of VA. and several nieces and nephews. 

 Carol and Chester Bosselman Jr will be laid to rest together in a celebration of life in the Spring, at The Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA .
