David was born in Newton, Massachusetts, on June 3, 1961, to the late Joanne (Mancini) and Dominic Barisano Jr. He was a graduate of Needham High School, Class of 1979. David studied at Nichols College before taking over and proudly running the family restaurant business, where he devoted many years of hard work and dedication.
