Grandfather ("Yadoo") of Maxwell Krolak and Madeline Krolak of Chicago, IL, and Hamilton Krolak of Medfield, MA. Brother of Dr. James Krolak of Everett, WA. Cousin, Uncle and friend to many.

Rita A Krolak, 70 of Dover, MA died in a car accident in Dwayne, NY along with his husband, Dr. Patrick D. Krolak and son, Patrick M Krolak on August 25. Born 6/03/42 in Springfield, IL, she was the daughter of the late James J and Dorothy Moffat. She was the mother of the late Patrick M. Krolak (Elizabeth Krolak) of Chicago, IL, Karen Krolak (Jason Ries) of Somerville, MA and Michael Krolak (Carly Krolak) of Medfield, MA. Grandmother ("Mimi") of Maxwell Krolak and Madeline Krolak of Chicago, IL, and Hamilton Krolak of Medfield, MA. Sister of Dorothy Christian (Thomas Christian) of O'Fallon, MO and JJ Moffat (Karen Moffat) of Springfield, IL. Cousin, Aunt and friend to many.
