Elizabeth Cullinane Obituary

Elizabeth “Bette” (Reardon) Cullinane, of Needham passed away on July 7, 2025.  She was 78.

Bette was born and raised in Mattapan before moving to Westwood. She had been a resident of Needham since 1974 and was an avid bowler in leagues at Needham Bowlaway and Fairway Lanes in Natick. She had been an administrative assistant for many area companies and was very involved in her children’s various activities.

Daughter of the late Edward and Anna Reardon, she was the wife for 53 years of the late John M. Cullinane, Bette was the loving mother of Megan Noone and her partner Mike Mastrorilli of Needham, Sean Cullinane and his wife Ada of West Bridgewater, Elizabeth “Beth” Starck of Burlington, Kevin T. Cullinane and his wife Elizabeth “Liz” of Natick, and Ian Cullinane and his wife Sarah Stretchberry of Sudbury. Doting grandmother of Julia, Aidan, Riley, Philip, Jack, Annie, Elliette and Llewelyn. She was the sister of Kevin Reardon and his wife Louise of Dennisport and the late Patricia “Patty” Reardon and Thaomas Reardon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Wed July 16 at 9 AM followed by her Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew Church at 10 AM. Interment will be private. Visiting hours Tues from 4-7 PM.  

In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name to The Home for Little Wanderers, 72 E. Dedham St. Boston, MA 02118.
