Eric Lamb, age 42, born in Santiago de la Frontera, El Salvador, on May 12, 1980, passed away suddenly in Sandwich, MA on April 6, 2023. He grew up in Needham, MA and attended Needham Public Schools. Most recently, Eric lived in Dedham and worked in Sandwich. Eric was an artist and a carpenter. He was skilled at building and repairing things and worked repairing and renovating rentals properties with his good friends on Cape Cod. He worked at both Whitney Veigas Architectural Signs, Needham, MA and Honorcraft and ID Signs, in Easton and South Easton, MA installing and repairing commercial signs. He was a gifted artist and he valued and appreciated and marveled at what he was able to draw and build. He was a very kind soul and loved animals and children and they loved him! He loved flying his drones and showing others how to fly them. He had many lifelong friends, and if you weren’t already friends with him you soon would be. He was a loving devoted son, and brother, and uncle and nephew. He is and will be greatly missed by all of us, his family and friends. Our lives have been greatly blessed and enriched by having him with us, he taught us a lot and he left us way too soon.
Eric was the son of Martha Lamb, of Dedham, formerly of Needham. He was the brother of Michael (Lori) Lamb and the brother of Melissa (Ruben Cruz) Lamb. Uncle of Jack and Evan Lamb, and Adriana and Aaron Cruz. He was the nephew of Skip (Susan) Lamb and Sarah (Bob Brewster) Lamb. He had many cousins, and he loved and enjoyed people. He was the close friend of Alicia Ellison of Dedham and her children, Evandro, Kyle and Tina.
