Francis Lewis Obituary

Francis A. "Frank" Lewis of Weston, formerly of Naples Fl, died on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at his home. He was 83 years old. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Francis and Margaret (Dwyer) Lewis. Frank was a graduate of Dedham High School and Lowell Institute of Technology. He served in the US Navy, as a Radarman , during World War II and was discharged in April of 1948. Frank and his late wife Barbara enjoyed many friends and family as they moved from Massachusetts to Rhode Island to Ohio to Florida and back to Massachusetts. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara (Troy) and the loving father of Steven F. of Painsville OH, Daniel M. of Newton, Nancy Beth of Colorado and Mark P. of Santa Margarita CA. Brother in law of Edith Flint of Needham. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. . Visiting hours will be held in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Tuesday September 6 from 4-7 PM. Funeral Services and Interment are private. In lieu of flowers donations in Frank's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St, Framingham MA 01701.
