Gail M. (Barton) Emerson

Gail M. (Barton) Emerson, 58, of Orlando, FL formerly of Needham died on June 26, 2010.
Gail graduated from Needham High in 1970 and had lived in Needham until moving to Orlando 5 ½ years ago.

She was the beloved wife of Donald R. Emerson, and mother of Donald R. Jr. and his wife Kate of Needham and the late Shauna Marie Emerson and the grandmother of Marcus and Matthew Emerson. Gail is also survived by her parents James M. Jr. and Juanita (LuRue) Barton of Derry, NH., and her brothers James M. III and his wife Donna of Manchester NH, Don and his wife Sue and Michael and his wife Lisa all of HI.and was the daughter in law of Barbara (Eaton) Emerson of Pocasset and the late Thomas Emerson. She is also survived by several aunts uncles and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Thurs July 1 at 10 AM in Christ Episcopal Church 1132 Highland Ave Needham. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave. Needham on Wed from 4-7 PM.
Interment will be in Needham Cemetery.
