Katherine A. Dolitka

Katherine A. Dolitka of Newton Highlands died suddenly on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Newton Wellesley Hospital. She was 58 years old. Katherine was a nurse at Boston Medical Center for 25 years and was president of the Board of Directors of Hurley House in Waltham. She was the beloved daughter of Frank A. and Lydia (Cifaldo) Dolitka of Newton Highlands and the loving sister of David J. and his wife Michele Dolitka of Newton Highlands. Katherine was the aunt of Christopher Raymond of Ft. Bragg, NC and Michael Raymond of Somerville. Her funeral will be held from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Tuesday July 27 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, Newton Upper Falls at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4-7 PM. Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Needham. In lieu of flowers donations in Katherine’s name may be made to Hurley House of Waltham, 12 Lowell St, Waltham MA 02454.
