It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kristen Masick Gleason, a beloved wife, devoted mother of two boys, and a highly successful executive. At the age of 49, Kristen left this world too soon, but her spirit will live on through the memories she created with her family and the impact she had on her colleagues and community.
Kristen is survived by her mother, Cindy Masick; her husband, Brian Gleason; her children Nick and Alex Gleason; her sister, Stephanie Masick; her brother Lt. Col. Erik Masick; and many loving extended family members.
A natural leader, Kristen excelled in medical device and pharmaceutical marketing. Despite her demanding career, family always came first. Kristen was a constant source of love and support for her husband and two sons.
Kristen will be remembered as a shining example of grace, strength, and dedication to those she loved. Her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her legacy will endure through the countless lives she touched. Kristen will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to gather in honor of Kristen’s life on February 11 at the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home in Newton, MA 465 Centre Street. Visitation is from 2:00 – 3:00pm EST, and the service will begin at 3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Women’s Lunch Place, one of Kristen’s favorite organizations, dedicated to helping women experiencing homelessness, hunger and poverty.
