Lynda Lee (Terrio) Bosselman of Newton, Ma. passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, March 21st. She was 74 years old. The daughter of the late Joseph A. and Margaret E. (Grant)Terrio, Lynda grew up in Newton Corner and attended Newton North High School. Her family had a summer home in Ellis Haven where they spent their summers.
Her love for children inspired her to open a home day care and she brought joy to so many young lives. Lynda then worked at Stone Institute in Newton Upper Falls for 20 years before retiring in 2018. She loved making afghans and soups for her family and friends. Her door was open to all, she loved cooking for the holidays and there was always room at the table for those that didn't have a place to go.
Lynda's greatest love was raising her 4 children, who she adored. She is survived Ronald Bosselman Jr, Joseph Bosselman and Dottie Golledge, and Matthew Bosselman all of Newton and their father Ronald Bosselman Sr. She was predeceased by her daughter, Jessica Lynn "Jessie" Bosselman. She was the dear sister of Collette Vettori and Pat Busswell, who dearly loved her and who along with Lynda, were known as the "3 little ones" growing up; her brother Joseph Terrio Jr. and the late Margot Stonionois. Lynda was the cherished grandmother of two granddaughters, Shannon Kelley and Amanda Bosselman and great grandmother of her two great grandsons Ezra and Nolan. Lynda also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Private services will be held for her family.

March 25, 2021 6:26 PMLynda was a second mother to me. Infact the entire family is my family. There are so many memories so many sleepovers at your house. So much food. Oh the food.y favorite tomato alfedo pasta Jess would hate but you knew how much I loved it so you made sure to make me it. The daycare years were the best.. The Chinese food dates. Our love for demos in watertown. When I talked to you last week we made plans for me to come visit with the boys and I wish we came sooner. I'm saddened by this but I know you are resting peacefully with Jess and that makes me happy to think about that. Love to all
