Margaret Blake Connors

Margaret Blake Connors, 90, of Naples FL formerly of Needham, passed away on Sept 24, 2022.

Peg was born in Fall River and was a graduate of Durfee High School. She attended Chamberlain School of Design and went on to receive her BA in Communications and her Master’s in Library Science from Boston University. For over 25 years she was a Media Specialist at the Kennedy Middle School in Waltham. She was an active volunteer with the Needham Community Council, the Neighborhood Health Clinic of Naples, was an avid traveler and was a Master in competitive Duplicate Bridge.

Wife of the late James F. Connors she was the mother of Michael J. Connors and his wife Ellen T. Connors, Jennifer M Connors and her husband David Libby, Martha A. Connors, and her husband David Boucher the late Stephen R. Connors and his surviving wife Alison Sander, and was “Gram” to Margaret Boucher, Isabel Libby, May Boucher, and Maria Libby. She was predeceased by 2 sisters and 3 brothers and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.
