Meredith Erin Judge

Meredith Erin Judge, of Boston, Massachusetts, formerly of Chelmsford, Maynard, and Arlington, Massachusetts, passed away at Massachusetts General Hospital after a long illness on June 10, 2026, at the age of 46.

She was the daughter of Peter F. Judge currently of Newton, Massachusetts and the late Joan (O’Hara) Judge of Ossipee, NH. She was a graduate of Chelmsford High school, attended Manhattan College, and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She worked for Boston Private Bank for many years and then at Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Always devoted to animals, she had many dogs and cats as pets while growing up and in her adult life.  She volunteered time at the Animal Rescue League in Boston and fostered a number of small dogs.  She is survived by her Italian greyhound Henry and her black rescue cat Krumpet.  Meredith was kind, compassionate, always considerate of others and had a wonderful sense of humor.  She was a traveler, skier, hiker, horseback rider, camper, enjoying the outdoors with her pets and many friends, as well as her many trips to Europe.

She is survived by her father, Peter F. Judge, her uncles Russell Judge and Victor Judge, her aunt Marlene Silva and her extended family.

She will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 4:00pm at Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home, 465 Centre Street, Newton Corner,  MA.  Guests are encouraged to speak remembrances at any time.
