Phyllis (Shaw) Bossi

Phyllis (Shaw) Bossi of Newton Centre died on Sept 2, 2012 at the Newton Wellesley Hospital.
Born and raised in Allston she had been a resident of Newton for over 60 years. Phyllis worked with her husband in his contracting business, Bossi Contracting, and later as a teller at Shawmut Bank and Fleet Bank in Needham. She was also an avid gardener.
Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late John E. Bossi. She is survived by her daughter Ann Bossi and Joseph Spagnuolo of Newton Centre and Linda Bossi and Bobby Pignatelli of Watertown. She is also survived by Tami and Rocky.
Her funeral will be held on Thurs Sept 6 at 10 AM in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. NEWTON CORNER followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery West Roxbury. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Wed 4-8 PM.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Phyllis' name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department, 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016.
