Robert L. DiMatteo

Robert L. DiMatteo Jr., a lifelong Newton resident, died Oct 3, 2011. Rob graduated from Newton North High in 1976 and served in the US Air Force. He was the son of the late Robert L. Sr. and Jacklyn (Bertrand) DiMatteo, and is survived by his sister Elaine Ferraro of Meriden CT, his brother Paul DiMatteo and his wife Lori of Killingworth CT, and his nieces and nephews, Bethany Ferraro of Miami FL, Ryan Ferraro of Meriden CT, Abigail, Jack, Grace, Ava and Sawyer DiMatteo all of Killingworth CT.Rob is also survived by his aunt Lydia Lanzafame of Natick and many cousins. Visiting hours will be in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. NEWTON CORNER on Thurs Oct 6 from 4-7 PM. Funeral is Private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Carroll Center for the Blind 770 Centre St. Newton, MA 02458.
