Ruth M. Breakey

Ruth M. Breakey passed away peacefully at Maristhill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waltham on May 31, 2025.

Ruth graduated from Newton (North) High School and went on to become a bookkeeper for Brae Burn Country Club and several local attorneys. She enjoyed knitting and reading, but her passion was shopping and bargain hunting at the old Shoppers' World!

She was pre-deceased by her husband, William H. Breakey. Ruth leaves her niece, Lynne Beighley Abell, and her nephew, Bruce Calvin Beighley, both of Plymouth.

The private graveside service for Ruth will be Friday, June 6, 2025.

Lynne and Bruce wish to thank the staffs of Cabot Park Village, ESK Healthcare, Maristhill Nursing, and Good Shepherd Community Hospice for their support and care for Ruth.
