Obituary

Sally White, 80, passed away on January 25, 2022 after a long illness.  Raised in Cheshire, CT, she lived overseas for 8 years, and in Arlington, MA for many years.  Sally was a dedicated, innovative teacher of kindergarten through second grade.  She loved gardening, nature walks, birding, music and family.  She was skilled on the piano and sang in various choruses until Alzheimer’s made that too difficult. Sally is survived by sister Judith White of Massachusetts, brother Bob White of Cheshire, CT, sister and brother-in-law Ginny and Ed Moriarty, and brother and sister-in-law Don and Youngmi White of Maryland and their children Alison, Kelly, Kyle, and Sara.

A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 543 Greendale Ave, Needham, on Saturday, June 25th at 10:30am. Follwed by a gathering at Sweet Basil Restaurant in Needham.
