Steven Beard Obituary

Steven Charles Beard of Osterville formerly of Brighton and Stoughton, died after a 4 month battle with cancer on Oct. 3, 2010.
Steve was a graduate of Boston Tech HS, former employee of Codex/Motorola for 26 years and avid Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan.
The loving father of Adam C. Beard of Lakeville and grandfather of Zoe, he was the beloved son of Dorothy (Bayides) Beard of Brighton and the late Charles Beard and brother of Karen Lovett and her late husband Donald of Chelmsford, Donna Noonan and her husband Edward of Waltham and the late Gloria Beard. Uncle of Meredith Roman, Christina Pickerelli and Jeffrey Noonan, and also survived by many cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wed Oct 6 at 10 AM in The Greek Evangelical Church 1115 Centre St. (Corner of Homer St.) Newton Centre followed by interment in The Gardens at Gethsemane, West Roxbury. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are omitted.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701 or to a charity of your choice.
