Walter Mastaj passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, at 3:16 a.m., surrounded by his loving family. He was 75 years old.
Walter was the devoted son of the late Katarzyna and Joseph Mastaj and was predeceased by his beloved brother, Stanley. He is survived by his cherished children, John-Paul and his wife Gessica (and grandson Myles), Christopher, and Joseph and his wife Valerie (and grandson Jordan). Walter leaves behind his beloved and devoted fiancée, Judy Corbett, whose love brought him immense joy and unending happiness.
Walter will be deeply missed by his dear sisters Krystyna and her husband Bruce, Sister-in-law Elzbieta, Diana and her husband Tom, Janet and her husband Lenny, Mary and her husband Roy, as well as his many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Walter’s life was defined by his deep affection and steadfast devotion to his family. His impact resonates in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him. We love you Dad!

Visitation will be held in the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave, Needham, on Saturday, January 4th from 10-11am, followed by a service in the funeral home at 11. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1 Wellesley Ave, Needham.
